1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship across India.
International shipping is not available at this time.

2. SHIPPING CHARGES

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement. There are no hidden fees or additional charges for standard shipping.

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
In case of any delays, we will notify you via email or phone

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

  • Metro Cities: 3-6 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 7-9 business days

  • Remote Areas: 9-10 business days

Delivery timelines may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical issues.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can track your order in real-time using the provided tracking number on our delivery partner’s website.

6. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our delivery partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your order.
If the delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, a re-shipping fee may apply.
Please ensure that you provide an accurate shipping address and contact number to avoid delivery issues.

7. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
In case of missing items, reach out to us immediately so we can investigate the issue and provide a resolution.

8. CANCELLATION & ADDRESS CHANGES

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible after the order has been dispatched.
